Your result should have been so boring as to not be worth discussing—Mathematica simply spits the interpolating function back at you.

Now for the punch-line. We'll ask Mathematica to plot wire1 on the interval
-5 ≤ x ≤ 5, and assign the resulting picture to a variable called wire1plot as specified by the instructions for the problem.

wire1plot=Plot[wire1,{x,-5,5},
  PlotStyle->RGBColor[1,0,0]]

Notice the last part of the command specifying that the color of the plot is to be red, as per the instructions.

Go back to Mathematica now, and try this command right after where you left off.
